Speed Set - Driver Optimization/Fitting
Step 1 - Baseline Testing
We will test your current Driver with FlightScope technology to gain a benchmark of its performance.
Step 2- Length Optimization
We will test you with multiple shaft lengths to see what give you maximum ball speed.
Traditionally its been said that longer shaft length is always faster.
Club Head speeds will have greater opportunity to move faster but that doesn’t mean we are obtaining optimal ball speeds.
Step 3 - Weight Optimization
We will test multiple shaft weight options to find which provides highest club speed.
We have been told that “ lighter is faster” what it comes to shaft weight. This does not hold true for the mass of golfers.
Optimal shaft weight will help a golfer possess a more efficient Kinematic sequence for a golfer resulting in optimal club head speed.
Step 4 - Flex Optimization
We will test different flex option to optimize your dispersion.
Matching a players swing characteristics to shaft flex will help a players consistency of their club delivery.
A shafts performance is more about its Butt to Tip stiffness ratio than the actual letter posted on the shaft.
Step 5 - Grip Optimization
We will test different grip sizes to see which provides the most consistent delivery/impact.
A large portion of golfers use the wrong size grip.
There is ZERO correlation between hand size and grip size.
We can improve the closure rate of your club head by up to 30% through grip optimization.
Step 6 - Head Selection
We will match the Center of Gravity (COG) of the club head to your needs.
Through testing different models of Driver Heads, we will achieve optimal launch conditions.
